CE participants may address the following through the established grievance process:
-Complaints about course content
-Complaints about facilities
-Complaints about non-receipt of certificates
-Complaints about miscellaneous occurrences

Any complaint or grievance received is reviewed and discussed by the Social Worker Consultant and Continuing Education Director. If necessary, a hearing may take place giving the participant the opportunity to support her/his allegations by arguments however brief and, if need be, by proof however informal.
The decision and resolution of a grievance is made democratically. Information is shared and utilized to improve future courses. It is the responsibility of CPS Healthcare to respond to grievance requests in writing within 90 days of submission.
